Openings for Quality Analyst- BPO ( 1-4 yrs) Open position : 5 CTC details : 4LPA Language : English + Hindi(Strong) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES · Audit Calls (Live, Recorded ) and score them on defined Template · Document the Calls Audited in the defined Template · Should complete the Call Audit Targets within timelines · Share Feedback with the Agents on timely basis and ensure corrective actions are taken · Send Reports to all stakeholders on regular basis · Conduct regular Training sessions with the Team based on the errors identified from call Audits · Conduct & Attend weekly Call Calibration session with all Stakeholders · Motivated to take additional Responsibilities as assigned · Identify and Bridge Process Gaps Desired Candidate 1. Candidates should have minimum 1 years of experience as a QA in BPO 2. Should have exposure to BPO/ Call Centre environment, and understand Quality Audit process of Voice and Non-voice process 3. Excellent Communication 4. Any Graduate / Post Graduate can apply
