This is a role which is for the channel evolvement and is required to get better results in the existing areas and also focus on many new aspects of format requirement. 5X Scaling up will require new initiatives to expand beyond the existing channel and the new incumbent will look after inorganic/ alternative growth routes and building value proposition models to attract a wider universe.
Key responsibilities are:
- Conceptualizing large formats and Alternate channel and creating the right value proposition.
- Tracking new development in retail and implement best practices.
- Exploring the Omni Channel opportunities.
- Training and Development and tools for evolvement for the retail format
- Developing CRM tools and leveraging them for business enhancement.
- Technology level interventions at outlets- Enablement and new retailing practices.
- Conceptualizing Schemes - (Data-driven ) to drive productivity.
- Merchandising and Outlet Branding and Identity.
