KEY RESULT AREAS/ PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure company sales goals are running smoothly across networks. Manage clients from corporate & non- corporate, for both residential & commercial projects. Service current customers and develop new customer acquisition to meet sales targets. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from different events and activities. Team management & driving promotional activities. Regular Customer Meetings, Site Visits & Event Management. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts. Facilitate sales team meetings, sales analysis, generate sales report & prepare MIS. Excellent knowledge of property market. Channel Development Initiatives & execution. Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with the premier buyers in the industry. Product Designing and strategies for Campaigns & launches.

Salary

INR 200000 to 500000 P.A.
